As a consultant i offer tailored programmes and processes for all types of organisations. I believe that an independent mind and opinion is always necessary for a progressive organisation. As an academia, life-long learner and educationist i am involved in various academic processes both as a learner and teacher. I do lecture at various institutions around the world and some of my materials including books, modules and Cd’s are used as resources in learning processes, research, debates, dialogues, discussions and round-tables. I also offer academic guidance and mentorship to several individuals. I am convinced that my contribution to the body of knowledge is pertinent.
Education can no-longer be administered along the antiquated lines of mere knowledge transmission without attending to the total person. My learning culture and processes are devised in such a way that i prioritise the development of every facet of a person. Human beings are triune, therefore my approach is tripartite. A human being is made up of the body, soul and spirit. A comprehensive learning process must attend to all these constituencies of a human being.
